Cooling fan

A tangential cooling fan is fitted inside of this appliance, to make
the internal temperature of the oven stable and the external
surface temperature lower.

After you have finished cooking and switched off the oven, the
cooling fan will continue to run for a period of time afterwards.
The length of time will depend on how long the oven has been
switched on for and at how high a temperature.
