Connecting to the mains water supply
IMPORTANT: The washing machine should never be connected to the
water mains using an existing inlet hose, YOU MUST utilise the inlet
hose that is provided with the appliance.
Your appliance should be connected to a cold and hot water supply.
o
Ensure that a washer is
placed inside the inlet pipe
joint, as shown in the
image, or the inlet pipe is
at risk of leaking.
o
Connect the inlet pipe to
the water supply tap using
the screw thread. Make
sure it is securely
connected.
o
Ensure that a washer is placed inside the other end of the inlet
pipe joint to prevent the pipe from leaking.
o
Place the inlet pipe into the inlet valve at a vertical angle and
fasten it securely.
o
Connect the cold water source to the cool inlet valve using a cold
inlet pipe. Connect the hot water source to the hot inlet valve
using a hot inlet pipe. Do not confuse the two inlet pipes.
