FITTING THE PIPE –
Once your Cooker Hood has
been installed, you can now fit the pipe (chimney).
1) Take the two casings ‘A’ and
‘B’ (see figure on right).
2)
Rest the bottom of the
casing ‘A’ on the top of the
wall-mounted hood canopy.
3) Raise casing ‘B’ of the
chimney up to the ceiling.
You will notice two side
screw holes (one on either
side of the casing) near the
top of casing B.
4) Take the support bracket ‘G’. You will notice that it has two
screw holes (one on either side). These are to align with
casing ‘B’s screw holes.
5) Mark the position of support bracket ‘G’ from aligning it with
casing ‘B’.
6) Using a drill bit with a 6mm diameter, make two holes on the
fixing marks you have now just made (see below).
