Lubricate deflector shield pivot points every 6

hours of use.

6.5 Every 6 Hours

1.

Park skid steer and grinder on a level surface.

2.

Lower grinder to the ground.

3.

Support grinder frame with safety stands.

4.

Shut off engine and remove key.

5.

Remove cotter pin and castle nut (A).

6.

Remove cutting wheel.

7.

Install cutting wheel and castle nut (A). Tighten

castle nut (A) to 130-140 lb-ft. (176-190 Nm)

of torque.

8.

Install cotter pin.

9.

Install cutting teeth on new cutting wheel.
