5.2. The grass is cut with pendulous, lateral movement.
5.3. The right-to-left movement is working, and the left-to-right movement is returning.
5.4. Stay steady and work rhythmically.
5.5. Move forward after returning.
5.6. In the workplace, stand back again steadily.
5.7. Avoid passing through freshly cut grass in the return movement and work with a full throttle to reduce the risk of
blockage of the cutting tool with grass.
5.8. Do not operate without a fuse (6).
5.9. Never use the mower more than 76 cm above the ground.
6. Stopping the engine. Reduce the engine speed by releasing the throttle lever. Leave the engine running for about 30
seconds, then move the ignition switch to the 0 (Stop) position.
Always collect the mowed grass after you have stopped the engine and wait for the knife to stop spinning.
7. Support. Periodic checks and adjustments are required to keep the brush cutter at optimal performance. Regular
maintenance will prolong its life.
Attention! Before any maintenance work on the brush cutter motor, you must disconnect the engine!
7.1. Inspection and maintenance must be carried out by authorized persons unless you have the relevant tools and
skills required to do so.
Please note that maintenance is recommended under normal operating conditions. If you are using the brush cutter
motor under other conditions, we recommend that you consult your dealer.
7.2. Turn off the engine and remove the spark plug cable before checking.
7.3. Allow the engine and collector to cool down to prevent burns from hot surfaces.
7.4. Wear protective gloves to avoid cutting any of the sharp edges.
7.5. Clean the grass adhering to the knife and smear it with an anti-corrosion lubricant.
7.6. Drain all the fuel from the engine if you will store your brush cutter motor for more than a month.
7.7. The items in the list below should be serviced by an experienced professional if you do not have the right tools and
qualifications.
7.8. Always keep the engine cooling air vents clean and free. These are the openings on the starter side.
The contents of the table indicate the periods in which the maintenance work is to be done.
