Care of the disc
Care of the disc
Wash the discs carefully after each use and wait until they are completely dry before
storing.
During the use, excess wax may remain in the disc. With the tool off, squeeze the disc
using a clean, dry microfiber towel to remove excess wax. It is not advisable to apply
water to remove the wax during use. This may damage the product.
DO NOT mix products (wax, polish, etc.) on the same disc without washing after each
use.
Disc cleaning
Both discs included are reusable. For longer life and optimal performance, clean the
discs after each use.
1. Remove the discs from the tool and wash them by hand in warm water.
2. Let the discs to air dry before installing them in the tool again.
Note: If necessary, wash the discs in the washing machine in cold water and a
little bit of detergent.
Removing the disc
1. To stop the shaft movement, insert a long-stem screwdriver into the space between
the disc and the engine case.

Recommendations for use
It is recommended to start working with large surfaces and finish with hard-to-reach
areas. Never force the polisher. The weight of the tool supports appropriately the
pressure required for this task. Additional pressure can reduce the engine performance,
accelerate wear of the disc and significantly decrease the speed of the tool, affecting its
capacity and the quality of the polishing effect.
WARNING:
Excessive pressure can overload the engine. Overheating the engine may
damage the tool or the work surface.
WARNING: DO NOT USE ABRASIVE PRODUCTS. THIS MAY VOID THE WARRANTY.
2. To remove the screw from the disc, turn it to the left with a Phillips screwdriver.

3. To reinstall the disc, turn the fixing screw to the right.
