Remove all packing material and accessories. Make sure all the accessories
are included, if any item is damaged or missing, contact your dealer.
Assembly of base
1. Firstly, cross bars so that they interlock.
2. Be sure to align the four holes in the bars with those on the flange of the
Outer Tube. Secure the flange to the bars with four screws.
3. Loosen and remove the Height Adjustment Collar from the top of the Inner
Tube. Slide the Base Decorative Cap down over the assembly.
4. Replace the Height Adjustment Collar on top of the Inner Tube. Pull the
Inner Tube out from the Outer Tube to adjust the tube to the desired height
and tighten the collar.
5. If necessary, slightly loosen the Set Screw knob by turning it anticlockwise.
Slide the Switch Box down over the Inner Tube and tighten the Set Screw
knob. Make sure the Set Screw knob is tightly secured.
Assembly of blade and grill
1. Unscrew the plastic mounting nut from the front of the motor housing by
rotating it anticlockwise.
2. Place the rear grill onto the motor housing, ensuing that the locating pegs
on the motor housing are engaged correctly in the 3 small round holes of
the rear grill.
3. Tighten the Plastic Mounting Nut by turning it clockwise.
4. Push the fan blade onto the motor shaft, locating the slot at the back of
the blade on the drive pin that passes through the motor shaft.
5. Tighten the blade cap by turning it anticlockwise. Do not overtighten it.
6. Position the front grill against the rear grill. Use the Grill clamping ring to
install the front grill onto the rear grill. Tighten the screw but do not
overtighten it.
Operation
CAUTION: The power cord for this appliance requires freedom of movement
whilst the appliance is oscillating. Please ensure the power cord is free to
move and not restricted by furniture, carpet or other means.
1. Place your fan on a level and dry surface.
2. Plug the fan in to a mains socket. Select the desired speed setting.
There are 4 settings – 0 (off), 1 (low), 2 (medium) and 3 (high).
