5. Installation
Reasonable installation is critical factor of the
instrument’s normal working.
Level meter installed in the top of the container. Probe
launch surface perpendicular to the liquid or material surface.
If a sealed container mounting flange should be used. Other
cases can be mounted bracket.
Flange mounting, plastic flange recommendations
formulated according to the size of the thread on the level
meter. 20m, 30m horn type level gauge has been directly
equipped with flange (DN200).

Mounting measures

Ultrasonic emission, having a small spread angle. If other
objects within the spread angle obstruct and form equal to or
less than 90°reflection angle, reflection will occur. If the
reflection is very strong, measurement errors will result. The
smooth and flat side of the container does not reflect the
ultrasonic waves coming from above.
