6. Cleaning
WARNING!
Before cleaning, turn the temperature control knob and
time control knob to position “0” and disconnect the
device from the power supply (pull out the plug!).
Leave the device to cool down completely.
Never clean the device with use of water jet!
Protect the device from the water penetration.
CAUTION!
Never use sharp, scouring, caustic or aggressive cleaning agents, agents
containing benzine or solvents because they may damage the surface of
the device.

Clean the device regularly.
o
Remove and empty the crumb drawer.
o
Remove the pizza grid and oven door from the device.
o
Clean the removed elements of the device with a soft cloth or sponge and warm
water with mild cleaning agent. Thoroughly rinse in clean water and finally dry the
cleaned elements.

Wipe the housing of the device with a soft, moist cloth. Use a mild cleaning agent
when required.
o
Periodically check the device ventilation slots and clean them with use of a soft
brush or vacuum cleaner to assure air circulation inside the device.
Storing of the device
o
If the device is not used for a longer time, clean it according to the aforementioned
description and store it in dry, clean place protected against cold, sun, and children.
In order to protect the device against dust and dirt pack or cover it. Do not place any
heavy objects on the device.
