• Connect the conductor to the terminal marked with the equipotential bonding
symbol on the outside of the bottom of the appliance.
• This symbol indicates that the appliance must be integrated into the
equipotential bonding system and connected in accordance with applicable
regulations.
• Do not use the appliance with an external timer or remote control.
6 Operating Instruction
6.1 Operation
Before First Use
1. Before use, clean the appliance observing indications in section 'Cleaning' .
2. Dry the appliance thoroughly.
Appliance Start-Up
1. Connect the appliance into a mains socket.
2. Switch the safety switch on.
3. Set the required temperature (1
–5) for the selected hob, using the relevant
temperature controller.
The orange indicator light lights up and is lit until the power output controller(s) is
(are) set to '0'.
