Once the set water temperature is achieved, the red operating control lamp turns off.
Next, the green control lamp for maintaining hot water lights up, showing
temperature maintenance mode.
WARNING! Risk of scalding!
Do not lift the cover during boiling. The released steam can scald hands, arms
and face!
•
Before refilling the tank with water, switch off the device, remove cover and fill with
the desired amount of water.
•
In order to get hot water, pull the tap forward and hold until the cap is full.
Next, release the tap, which will close automatically.
•
Note the level of water in the tank. It can be seen in the level indicator.
CAUTION!
Regularly check water level in the tank. Never switch on the device when empty!
•
The system leaves a little over one litre of water in the tank. This volume can be
reduced by tilting the tanks slightly forward.
WARNING! Risk of scalding!
During the device operation, the tanks surface will be heated to the set
temperature! Do not touch the hot surface!
•
When not in use, turn temperature control left and disconnect power supply to the
device (disconnect power cable!).
•
Leave the remaining water to cool and empty the tank.
•
The device is equipped with an overheating system. If the device is accidentally
switched on without water or with little water, the system will automatically switch on
and the device will be switched off. Disconnect power supply and leave to cool. Once
cool, the device can be refilled with water and switched on.
The system will also activate in the case of scale build up. In such a case, empty the
tank and leave the device to cool. Once the device is cool, remove scale (see chapter
6.2 “Removing scale”). After removing scale, the device can be switched on.
