If you wish to send in a defective device for repair, please read the RMA procedure guidance
first. Then fill in and sign the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) form and send it to
our "Retouren Center".

The component of the POLARIS contains metal, plastic parts and electronic components.
The statutory requirements for electrical scrap must be observed therefore (e.g. disposal
by an approved disposal company).
