The engines detailed in section 3 comply with measures against the emission of gaseous and particulate
pollutants from internal combustion engines. The engines comply with Directive 2013/53/EU (Recreational
Craft Directive), Article 6, part 4 in that the engine will continue to meet the exhaust emission requirements
of Directives, when installed into watercraft in accordance with the installation instructions that accompany
the engine.

In case of a reasoned request by the national authority, we will supply the relevant technical information of
the above named engines to the person in charge.
6.
This partly completed machinery must not be put into service until the final machinery into which it has
been incorporated has been declared in conformity with the provisions of this directive, where appropriate.
