TURNS: rotation number of the dial's
counterclockwise rotation started from the
state where the dial is fully tightened
clockwise
POS: dial decal number pointed by the
indicating screw
REEL SPEED: rotation speed of the reel
cutter
"0" on the dial indicates the state where the
dial is fully tightened clockwise.
