tries in the world. Our headquarters are in Kuurne, Belgium and
we have regional competence centers in Logan and Sacramento,
USA and Beijing, China addressing the North American and Asia
Pacific markets respectively. Our R&D and manufacturing facili-
ties are located in Belgium, the USA and China. Worldwide,
Barco employs over 4000 people.
RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
Barco’s long history of leadership and the know-how the com-
pany has acquired in the field of high-end visualization solutions
and system integration are important assets for large screen dis-
play applications. A team of nearly 1;000 highly skilled engi-
neers is collaborating across the world, working towards timely
introduction of visualization solutions. With a yearly R&D effort
of 10% of turnover, Barco is sure to remain at the forefront of
