Image 5-6
Code 2028: “LPS mains voltage too high” (Error)
Situation
Solution
The mains voltage applied to the
input pins of the LPS module is
above specs.
Switch OFF the projector immediately!
Apply a voltage within specs to the mains input socket of the projector. The maximum
input voltage is 240V AC, the minimum input voltage is 200V AC. (reference 1 image 5-6)
Code 2029: “LPS requested output power too high with low mains voltage” (Error)
Situation
Solution
The requested power for the lamp
can not be delivered by the LPS
modules because the mains voltage
is too low.
Apply a voltage within specs to the mains input socket of the projector. The maximum
input voltage is 240V AC, the minimum input voltage is 200V AC.
Code 2030: “LPS internal voltage error” (Error)
Situation
Solution
Malfunction power circuitry inside
the LPS module.
Replace one or both LPS modules. See "Lamp Power Supply", page 169.
Code 2031: “LPS internal error” (Error)
Situation
Solution
Mains input disconnected from one
of the LPS power input pins.
Check if the wire units (reference 1, 2 & 3 image 5-1) of the mains voltage are connected
with the power input pins of the LPS module. Check both LPS units.
Malfunction of one of the LPS
modules
Replace one or both LPS modules. See "Lamp Power Supply", page 169.
Malfunction LPS relay. (reference 4
image 5-2)
Check the functionality of the LPS relay. Replace if needed. See XXXXX.
Code 2032: “LPS failure fan 1” (Error)
Situation
Solution
One of the two LPS fans fails.
Possible reasons: bad fan, not
connected, fan tachometer not
working, etc.
If this failure was detected during
the startup of the LPS module then
the lamp can not be ignited. If this
failure occurs during an event then
the event can continue until the lamp
is switched off.
Replace one or both LPS modules. See "Lamp Power Supply", page 169.
