Cooking Settings

Manual Cooking

•

Turn the oven on by pressing the

button.

•

Rotate the left knob to select the “Manual
cooking” menu.

•

Rotate the right knob to select the

desired cooking function.

•

Press

to confirm.

•

Rotate the right knob to select the

desired temperature.

•

Press

to confirm. The oven will begin

cooking.

At any time during the cooking process, you
can:

•

Change the cooking function

pressing the

button.

•

Change the cooking temperature

pressing the button.

•

Program the cooking timer or a

duration/ finish time

by pressing the

button.

•

Modify

programmed

timers

duration/ finish times

by pressing the

button.

NOTE:

The cooking process can be canceled

at any time by pressing the

key.

Cooking with Steam

•

Turn the oven on by pressing the

button.

•

Rotate the left knob to select the “Manual
cooking” menu.

•

Rotate the right knob to select the steam

function

•

Press

to confirm.

•

Rotate the right knob to select the

desired steam program (see chapter
“Steam Functions”).

•

Press

to confirm.

•

Rotate the left knob to select the

temperature.

•

Press

to confirm. The oven will begin

cooking.

At any time during the cooking process, you
can:

Program/ change the cooking time

pressing the

button.

•

Change the cooking temperature

pressing the button.

NOTE:

button.

function.

Turn the right knob to select the desired

temperature.
