Record here and now

There are two ways to record a programme

here and now. The one to use depends on

whether you would like to watch a previous

recording while making a new recording.

You can not start a new recording if there is a

recording already in progress, or if the hard

disc is full of protected tracks.

Make a recording

To record here and now, start your recording by

pressing RECORD twice. Note that the source you

want to record must be built into your television

(such as TV) or connected directly to it (such as

STB). You can watch another source while

recording is going on, but not a previous

recording.

You can not watch one STB programme while

recording another.

To record one source and

watch another…

Press RECORD twice. The hard

disc recorder begins recording

the current programme

To watch another source during

recording, just select the desired

source on Beo4

Press V MEM* and then STOP to

pause recording

Press to resume a paused

recording, or…

…press to stop recording

completely

Press to switch the system to

standby.

Your recording will continue,

unless it is paused when you

switch the system to standby. A

paused recording will then stop

completely.
