Lock specific TV contents to avoid others
from watching it. To access locked contents,
you need to enter your V-Chip pincode after
which all locked contents will be available
until you switch off the TV. The default
setting is 0000. Restriction of access in the
ATSC tuner and the TV tuner is set
independently of each other, see also p. 29.
Set up personal preferences*

menu language. When you select a preferred
language for audio, this language will be
used when available from the programme
provider.

The ‘V-CHIP’ menu is not available in Korea.
To change settings in the ‘V-CHIP’ menu, enter the V-Chip pincode.
In Korea only ‘MULTI-TRACK SOUND’, ‘DIGITAL OUTPUT’ and ‘VERSION
INFORMATION’ are available.
‘DAYLIGHT SAVING’ only works, if the programme provider’s daylight
saving flag is set to ‘ON’ and ‘DAYLIGHT SAVING’ is set to ‘YES’.
NOTE! If you have forgotten your V-Chip pin-
code, enter the ‘V-CHIP’ menu and key in
9999
.
This allows you to enter a new code.
