After having recorded the announce-
ments, you must activate the announce-
ment types that you want and then con-
nect the answering machine function.

Please note
• Announcement Only and Announce-

ment and Message are always activat-
ed.

• Group announcement and Personal

announcement can easily be activated
at the same time.

• Group announcement and Personal

announcement can only be activated
if an announcement has been record-
ed and at least one phone number
has been entered in the phone num-
ber lists.
