Note:
You can clean the filter using cold or lukewarm water if necessary. Dry the
filter thoroughly before reusing it in the filter unit!
Then insert the filter into the filter unit. Insert the filter unit back into the dust
compartment properly.
9. Troubleshooting
Error Solution
The appliance is
no longer working
properly.
• The batteries could be empty. Charge the appliance
on the charging station.
• Check the charging station and the charging pro -
cess. The station has to be connected to the power
socket and the red status LED should flash.
• Ensure that the vacuum cleaner is turned off during
the charging process. Otherwise, it will not be
charged properly.
The charging LED is
not glowing.
• Check whether the charging station is properly con -
nected to the socket and the mains plug is appropri-
ately connected to the charging station.
