Q: I have connected my computer to the Router via LAN connection. Why can’t I 
access the router’s IP address ’http://192.168.1.1‘?   
A:    Your computer’s IP address and DNS server address may have been assigned 

manually. Go to 

Control Panel 

 All Control Panel Items 

 Network and 

Sharing Center 

 Local Area Connection 

 Properties 

 Internet Protocol 

Version 4 (TCP/IPv4))

. Please set the IP address and DNS server address to be 

obtained automatically.   

 

 

 

 
Q: Why can’t I use VPN with this Router?   
A:    You may check your office network IP settings. The IP settings must not conflict 

with each other.
