Physio Brushless 3000 is a surgical micromotor system for implantology with physio-
dispenser featuring electronic speed and torque control, that combines ease of use
and high performance.
Both hardware and software were entirely designed by B&B Dental S.r.l. with the
valuable contribution of RTC Sistemi s.n.c., a well-established name in the industry.
A multi-function foot control allows user to control all functions without touching the
front panel.
It uses an autoclavable brushless induction motor with a top speed of 40,000 RPM that
accepts ISO 3964 contra angles.
The peristaltic pump is mounted outside the unit to prevent fluids dripping into the
central unit in the event the irrigation tubing is damaged. Its all-metal construction
ensures great sturdiness and durability.
The multi-function solid-state foot control is extremely innovative and has no mechanical
moving parts, while providing the same functions as the other foot controls. Built on a
solid stainless steel base, it sports a stylish oval shape and is fully covered with resilient
synthetic rubber that ensures proper sealing against fluid drips. Only 1 centimetre
high above the floor, it is equipped with a force sensor that determines motor speed
varying it progressively and proportionally to the pressure exerted by user foot.
This device is intended for use in dental clinics to perform all necessary operations in
implantology procedures. It may be used only by medical personnel specialising in
dentistry, qualified and authorised to practice the profession.
The device administers energy to other medical devices (handpiece and surgical
drills) and belongs to Class IIA according to Rule 9 of Annex IX to Directive 93/42/EEC.
For the purposes of electrical safety, the equipment is classified as class BF.
