Plug Electric grill into wall outlet

Press the “POWER” button first, LED screen will show TEMP default value “250
℃
”,
(TIME default value “30Mins” at this time).
At this time, you can also set TEMP / TIME as you need.
Then press start button “ ” grill start heating (heating lamp light up)

During barbecue process, you can change the temperature & time at anytime.
Press button to transform TEMP / TIME setting and use “-”, “+” buttons.
Time can be adjustable between "0” and “60" minutes.
Temperature can be adjustable between “75-100-125-150-175-200-225-250

3 seconds after finish setting the time & temperature, system automatically gets into
current setup and start heating (heating lamp light up)

Fan switch can be manually opened or closed at any time under current condition.
If manual off the fan, 1 minute after the system will reopen the fan automatically.

After Pre-heating the grill plate 4-5 min, the fan (Part

) will work automatically, and
reach absorb smoke function. Fan function can be manually opened or closed at any time
as you like.

When the FAN lamp lights up, it’s time to put the food on the grill plate.
Be careful: the grill plate is hot!
Note: During the grilling process, the heating-up light comes on and goes out from time to
time, this indicates that the heating element is switched on and off to maintain the correct
temperature.
1.
Turn the food from time to time with the tongs.
2.
When the food is done, remove it from the grilling plate.
Use the tongs to remove the food. Do not use metal, sharp or abrasive kitchen utensils.

To continue grilling, place the next batch of food on the grilling plate when the
heating-up light goes out.
Care and Cleaning Instructions
1.
Press POWER switch, unplug cord from power outlet and allow cooling completely before
cleaning.
2.
Lift grill plate out of base using handles. Carefully take drip tray out of base. Dispose of any
liquid in the drip tray.
3.
Take the heater element and control system out of the base
