HEAD UNIT ASSEMBLY
For the handling of the burner use a suitable and certified hoisting equi -
pment to be anchored to the eyebolts as shown in the figure.
Make sure that the combustion head penetrates into the furnace to the
extent requested by the boiler manufacturer.
Before installing the burner to the boiler, make sure that the nozzle is
adjusted to the power required.
Anchor the burner to the boiler as follows:
• Hook with suitable handling ropes or chains into the burner
eyebolts (32).
• Place the two insulating seals on the burner (19) fastening flange
(13)
• Anchor the boiler fastening flange (19) to the boiler flange (1) with
the stud bolts, washers and nuts provided (7).
DANGER / ATTENTION
Seal the space between the burner sleeve and the hold on the
refractory material inside the boiler door completely with suitable
material.
ASSEMBLING THE GAS TRAIN
The EN 676 approved gas train is sold separately from the burner.
The gas train can be assembled in different ways: (8), (8a) .
The burner is supplied with the gas train connection facing downward.
Choose the most rational position for the set-up of the boiler room and
the position in which the gas pipeline arrives.
ACOUSTIC SHROUD
If it is necessary to reduce the sound pressure level, install a suitable
acoustic shroud. (see technical price list and contact the dealer) Bal -
