BRAHMA SOLENOID VALVE MOD. EG 12*... AND E6G* FOR
GAS BURNERS (LOW PRESSURE)
DESCRIPTION
Code EG 12*S... identifies a type of valve that is normally with quick
closure, quick or slow opening with a quick release that can be adju -
sted for the initial flow rate.
Version EG 12*S... (fig. 1) and EG 12*L are powered with alternating
current but with an integrated rectifier circuit, the coil is powered with
direct current.
All EG 12*... solenoid valves have two fittings for the installation of
pressure ports.
Each valve is fitted with an upstream filter to prevent the infiltration of
solid particles with size larger than 1 mm.
Solenoid valve EG 12*SR... (fig. 2) differs from EG 12*S... due to a
downstream device that regulates the flow rate.
Solenoid valve EG 12*L... (fig. 3) allows the burner to be ignited pro -
gressively, as its opening is delayed by a specific hydraulic damper in
direct contact with the moving element.
The solenoid valve EG 12*L... makes it possible to regulate the ope -
ning time and the quick release for the initial flow rate.
The maximum flow rate can be regulated by adjusting the damper
block.
