The following four settings allow precise measurement of the influence on the modulation controller. When a parameter is a
maximum, the amplitude / DLFO speed will be dependent on 100% of this parameter. Example: If Wheel = 127, you can observe
a DLFO activity if the wheel leaves its position of "rest." Only in this case as you can also see a possible influence of the velocity
or aftertouch.

If all four parameters are 64 (the middle), it means that the output of DLFO will always be active with an average amplitude even if
these four parameters are inactive. Also, each of them may affect with the same weight on the amplitude / speed DLFO.
