Note: The cam discs are each driven by two leather washers in a clutch configuration which
allows the discs to be constantly engaged , but only turn when released by coil armature
latch. The leather clutch discs (No.10) should be kept lubricated with Neats Foot Oil to pre
vent from drying and cracking.
Important Note: When making adjustments, cam discs can be turned by hand , only in the direction
of arrows marked on discs. Turning disc in wrong direction will result in bending switch
blades out of adjustment. Also , do not depress disc while turning for leather clutch washes
may accidently unseat from metal drive washers.
