使用规定

磁编码位移测量系统 BML 用于实现与机器控制器（例如 

PLC 可编程逻辑控制器）之间的交流。通常在使用过程中

将其集成于设备或系统内部。依据技术资料的说明，我们

在位移测量系统出现损坏或不可修复的故障情况下，必须

立即停止运行，并防止擅自使用。

注意

功能故障
错误安装磁带和传感器头可能会妨碍位移测量系统的功
能、提高磨损度或损坏系统。

必须严格遵守所有允许的距离和角度公差。

 

►

传感器头不得接触磁带的整个磁段。如磁带配有一个保护带（选配），则也应避免接触到磁带的保护带。

 

►

根据规定的保护等级安装位移测量系统。

 

►

超强磁场 ≥1 mT，尤其是粘结磁体，不得作用于系统。
