Validity
This guide applies to the temperature transmitter with plug
connection BFT _ _ _ _-_ _002-_ _ _A1A-_ _.
Intended use
The temperature transmitter is used for temperature
measurement in liquid and gaseous media.
The temperature transmitter is designed only for the
purpose described here and may only be used
accordingly.
The technical specifications in this guide must be adhered to.
Improper handling or operation of the temperature
transmitter beyond the technical specifications will make
immediate stoppage and an inspection by an authorized
Balluff service technician necessary.
Modifications to the temperature transmitter or non-
approved use are not permitted and will result in the loss of
warranty and liability claims against the manufacturer.
Non-intended use
The temperature transmitter may not be used in safety or
emergency stop applications.
