Signal Meaning
Off The output is switched off by key
OUT (1...4) or the power supply unit
is not supplied with power.
Green, static The output is switched on by key
Output (1...4).
Green flashing
(250 ms on / 250
ms off)
Power budget triggered
Outputs with low priority are
triggered. The sum of the output
currents is above the PSU power
budget.
Orange, static Pre-alarm!
Output is still in operation. The
current is above the pre-alarm level
and close to the overload.
Orange slowly
flashing
(500 ms on /
500 ms off)
Overload!
The output was triggered. The
output current is overloaded.

Restart by pressing the On/Off
button of the output.
Orange flashing
(250 ms on /
250 ms off)
Faulty installation
The output is switched off
automatically. Cables or connected
hardware at the outputs are not
installed correctly.

Switch off the output manually by
pressing the On/Off button of the
output.
Orange fast
flashing
(125 ms on /
125 ms off)
Short circuit
The output was triggered. The
output current of the output has
exceeded approx. 48A. Reasons for
a short circuit can be an electrical
short, loads outside the
specification, plugging in a large
capacitance during operation, etc.

turn on.
Orange/green
flashing (250 ms

Overtemperature!
The output is automatically switched
off when the excess temperature of
the MOSFET (125 °C) is reached.
When the MOSFET temperature
drops below 90 °C again, the output
switches on automatically.
Signal Meaning
Red, static Fatal MOSFET malfunction!
The power supply unit switches off.
The power switch of a specific
output is damaged. It may be
necessary to replace the power
supply unit.
Possible malfunction: Positive output
current in OFF state exceeds > 2 A
for more than > 0.5 s.
Red flashing
(500 ms on /
500 ms off)
Hardware specs out of range!
Affected output channel switches off.
The hardware of the measuring
circuit is outside the specified range.
It may be necessary to replace the
power supply unit.
Possible malfunction:
– The deviations of the internal
output current sensors exceed the
permissible limits.
– Temperature sensor measurement
out of range(-40 °C...+150 °C) for
more than 5 s.
