STEP 1:
ATTACH SIDE RAILS TO HEADBOARD AND FOOTBOARD
Insert and tighten Bolts (A) into both sides of Headboard (F). Align holes in Siderails (H) over ends
of Bolts then add Washer (C) followed by Nut (B). Using Wrench (E), firmly tighten Nuts until Side-
rails are secured to Headboard. Repeat process for Footboard.

STEP 2: ATTACH A SUPPORT FOOT TO EACH SUPPORT SLAT
Remove protective plastic covering from each bolt on Support Foot (J) then insert each into
pre-drilled holes in FOUR Support Slats (I). NOTE: Metal T-nut faces up. Insert Support Foot
from the side opposite the T-nut. Firmly tighten and secure. One Support Slat will NOT have a
Support Foot. This slat is installed nearest the Footboard so it cannot be seen after assembly.
