Maintenance

• Operational maintenance - Part I

PROBLEMS

PROBABLE CAUSES

SOLUTIONS

Blade does not articulate

and/or does not lift

the structure.

Pressure of plugs uneven.

Adjust and change if necessary.

Hydraulic driver clogged or bent.

Unclog or change driver.

Insufficient hydraulic control

pressure.

Adjust the control via the relief

valve using a pressure gauge.

Normal pressure 180 Kgf/cm².

Inverted hoses.

Inspect and assemble hoses correctly.

Defective hydraulic cylinder.

Replace repair or replace cylinder.

Tractor with poor hydraulic system.

Check by changing equipment to

another suitable tractor.

Oil level too low.

Fill to level.

Structure goes down without

triggering the control.

Hydraulic cylinder with

damaged repairs.

Replace repairs.

The blade’s hydraulic

cylinders are not

activating at the same

time.

Hoses are not reverse mounted.
