Step 13
: Use a 5/32" Allen wrench tool to remove all ten front seal panel bolts and seal washers
from the front seal panel.
Step 14
: Pull the front seal panel off from the cabinet. This may require prying up on a corner
of the panel to release hold. Be careful not to damage the gasket.
Step 15
: Remove the screw holding the plastic clip securing the motor wiring. Using a 3/8" spin
wrench, ratchet, or drill with socket, loosen and remove the bolt from the blower housing as
shown.
Grasp the motor blower assembly with two hands and carefully slide out from the
cabinet and rotate it so the motor is on the right. Let it rest on the supply plenum.
Step 16
: Disconnect each of the motor wiring cables noting the proper color matching
connection.
Remove blower from the front.
