How to “master” reset BTL7
1. Remove cover locking screw.
2. Unscrew Balluff BTL7 cover.
3. Install Calibration tool. See Figure 37.
4. Hold down the blue button and the gray button at the same time for at least 4 seconds
(put into reset mode).
5. Release buttons.
6. Hold down the blue button and the gray button at the same time for at least 4 seconds
(all values are reset and reset mode is ended).
7. Optional: If needed to abort reset mode, briefly press the blue and gray button at the
same time for less than 1 second.
8. Replace Balluff Cover and Cover Locking Screw when complete.
Note: BTL5 and BTL7 modules are not interchangeable as they may lose their explosion proof rating.
