A Main Table Support Pins; Supports the worktable at the desired work height.

Main Worktable: Moveable table to raise or lower to support the material to be
pressed.
C Main Frame; Supports the entire machine components and work material.
D Heal Blocks and V-Blocks; used to support the material during the pressing operation.
E Main Cylinder Head: Removable head which presses against the work material.

Main Cylinder Release Handles: release the handles to side the main cylinder side to
side.
G Squaring Adjustment; squares the side table to the frame. (Loosen slide block first.)
H Side Table Support Pin; Supports the side worktable at the desired work height.
I Side Worktable: Moveable table to raise or lower to support the material to be pressed.
J Side Cylinder Operating Lever: Push or pull to raise or lower the ram.
K Side Cylinder Head: Removable head which presses against the work material.

Side Station Operating Controls: E-Stop to stop the hydraulic system if needed and a
pressure gauge to monitor the pressure of the side cylinder.
M Side Press Cylinder: Provides the force to complete the press operation.
N Main Press Cylinder: Provides the force to complete the press operation.
O Electrical Control Cabinet: houses all of the electrical controls to operate the press.

Hydraulic Pump Motor: Runs the hydraulic pump to create the oil flow and pressure
used during operation.
Q Main Pressure Gauge; displays the current pressure during operation.

Station Selection Valve; Selects and directs the oil flow to either the main cylinder of
the side cylinder.

Pressure Relief Valve: Adjust as need for the material to be pressed. NEVER
EXCEED THE MAXIMUM PRESSURE LISTED IN THE SPECIFICATIONS.
T Main Cylinder Operating Lever: Push or pull to raise or lower the ram.
U Hydraulic Tank: Hold the hydraulic oil and support the hydraulic controls.
Back Safety Guard; Prevents inadvertent access from the back of the machine.
Worktable Lift Chain: Used to lift and lower the work tables using the cylinder to
provide the lifting and lowering force.
