ASSEMBLY AND SET UP

1. Unpack and remove the machine

from the skid it was shipped on.

2. Using the diagram, assemble the

four legs (6) to the main column

(5) using the fasteners (7, 8, and

9) shown.

3. Install the bender assembly (1,

bottom plate shown) onto the

stand using the fasteners (2, 3,

and 4) shown.

4. Read through the remainder of the

manual and become familiar with

the die installation and settings as

well as normal operation.

5. Position the machine as desired

following the installation

guidelines.

Two Person Lift. Use an assistant or lifting devise to support the weight of this

machine.

WARNING:

For your own safety, DO NOT connect the machine to the

power source until the machine is completely assembled and you read and

understand the entire instruction manual.
