7. Install the correct mandrel; we will set the distance later.
8. Using a piece of set up material about 3 ft. long, insert onto the mandrel and let sit on the
lower shelf of the bend die.
9. Now the hydraulics can be turned on, on the control, press the
‘Pump Off’ switch to turn the
power unit on. (Fig. 6a)

10. The
“Home” position needs to be set so press the “Jog Spindle” tab. (Fig. 6b)
11. With the foot pedals, press the left pedal or
“reverse” until the bend cylinder is dead headed
in reverse. Press and hold the
“set home” button. Your home is now set until the next power
cycle.
12. Now press “exit” and press the “Single Bend” button.
