Signal Quality

When the modem  operates  in CSD mode the INF-LEDs show the current
field strength of the GSM signal. When the display is updated (every three
seconds)  the  first  LED  flickers  shortly.  The  second  and  third  LED  display
the signal quality. Encoding see table below.  (
