BAD BOY TRACTOR

CHECKING AND CHANGING TRANSMISSION FLUID

CHECKING

Pull out the dipstick from the top of

the rear axle housing on the left.

Then, wipe it end clean, insert it into

the housing, and pull it out again to

check if the fluid level is between the

upper and lower limit marks. If the oil

level is too low, add some new oil so

that the level is within the allowable

range. Also, check for leakage.

Drain transmission fluid by removing

the drain plug from the transmission

or rear axle case. Change transmis

sion fluid periodically with proper one

according to the temperature and op-

erating condition.

Be sure to turn "OFF" the igni-

tion switch to stop the engine

before pulling out the oil dip-

stick.
