Step 4:
Position the Spring Steel Plates (G) on the top of the Rocker Base (E) using M8 x 45mm Bolts (J),
M8 Washers (L), and Steel Plates (F). Secure Spring Steel Plates (G) using the M8 x 45mm Bolts
(J) from the top and Steel Plates (F), Lock Washers (M) and M8 Nuts (N) from the bottom. See
Figure 4.

Step 5:
Attach the Rocker Seat (D) to the Spring Plates (G) on the Rocker Base (E) using M8 x 45mm Bolts
(J), M8 Washers (L) and Steel Plates (F) from the top. Secure with Steel Plates (F), Lock Washers
(M) and M8 Nuts (N) from the bottom. See Figure 5.
