the decoration mixture through the nozzle.
2. If you want to push the dough resp. the decoration mixture slowly
through the motif plate resp. the nozzle, place the slider fast/slow in
direction

mixture faster through the motif plate resp. the nozzle, place the slider
in direction

Hints:
Only use the motif discs for shaping biscuits. Only use the nozzles for
adding decoration mixture. Make sure the decoration mixture is soft
and creamy. Otherwise the nozzle will become stuck.
Line the baking tray with baking paper.
Do not use Teflon, fats or oil paper. Otherwise the biscuits will not
keep their shape.
Make sure the lock ring is securely tightened on the cylinder before
you switch on the unit.
How long you must press the
switch depends on the desired size
and shape of the biscuits. If you press the
switch only shortly, you
will form a small biscuit. The longer you press the switch, the larger the
biscuit will be.
Repeat the steps until you have shaped a sufficient number of biscuits.
Make several attempts until you will form biscuits that match your
expectations.
Press the
switch only shortly to start with in order to see how the
mixture responds. It can happen that the mixture may continue to flow
out of the unit for a short time after switching off.
As soon as the decoration mixture start flowing from the nozzle, move
the pastry press according to the decorative design you wish to create.
If needed remove residues from the pastry press with a knife, pastry
scraper or similar.
