IMPORTANT
:
If the sensor’s output is low, but still usable, the message
“Good
Calibration WARNING Low Sensor”
will appear. The sensor will now be marked as being
“Low”
in the DIAGNOSTICS screen.
IMPORTANT
:
If the sensor’s output is too low to be usable, the message
“Bad
Calibration Sensor End of Life”
will appear.
IMPORTANT
:
The calibration range is from 9 to 900 ppm. An attempt to calibrate
outside of this range will cause the message
“Applied Value High”
or
“Applied Value Low”
appear at the bottom of the screen.
5. Allow Reading to Stabilize
Wait until the measured reading stabilizes
(approximately 3 minutes)
, and press Save ( ) to calibrate
the NO measured value to that of the applied value. The message
“Good Calibration”
should
briefly appear followed by the CALIBRATION LIST screen.
6. Remove Calibration Cylinder
Turn OFF regulator and remove the 100 ppm NO cylinder.

3. Adjust Flow Rate
Adjust the regulator to ensure that the flow rate is sufficient enough to calibrate the sensor.
(For more information about adjusting the flow rate, see Figure 5-8.)
4. Enter Applied Value
Using the touch interface or keypad buttons, enter an applied value which exactly equals
the concentration stamped on the NO cylinder.
