Troubleshooting
Electrical
-
All Power does not turn on.
o
Turn on the Power Disconnect Switch and check if 220V is established using a
multimeter
o
Check if all the Circuit Breakers work fine with 220V IN and OUT
-
Carriage VFD power does not turn on
o
Check the Circuit Breaker CB153 and its Inputs 1L1 to 1L3 and Outputs 1530L1 to
1530L2 using a multimeter
o
Check the lines TB103-1U (24VDC) and TB103-2U (0VDC)
-
Saw VFD power does not turn on
o
Check the Circuit Breaker CB103 and its Inputs 1L1 to 1L3 and Outputs 1030L1 to
1030L3 using a multimeter
o
Check the lines TB102-1U (24VDC) and TB102-2U (0VDC)
-
PLC power does not turn on
o
Check the 24VDC lines TB102-1L and TB102-2L are powered and connected to L+
and M terminals of the PLC200 input side respectively using a multimeter
-
Roller does not raise
o
Check if the 1M terminal of PLC200 input side is connected to 0VDC through the line
TB103-2L
o
Check if LS202 is wired to 24VDC and 0VDC through TB103-1L and TB104-2L
respectively as well as to DI1.0 of PLC200 input through TB201-1
o
Check if the 1L terminal of PLC200 output side is connected to 24VDC through the
line TB108-1L
o
Check if the line TB203-2 is connected between DO1.2 of PLC200 output and
SOL254. Ensure that the SOL254 is grounded to 0VDC through TB110-2L
-
Clamp does not raise (DO WE HAVE INPUTS FOR CLAMP AND WATER?)
o
Check if the 1L terminal of PLC200 output side is connected to 24VDC through the
line TB108-1L
o
Check if the line TB202-2 is connected between DO1.1 of PLC200 output and
SOL253. Ensure that the SOL253 is grounded to 0VDC through TB109-2L
-
Saw does not turn on
o
Check the lines 1031L1 to 1031L3 are powered and their connections to the VFD and
the Saw Motor with the ground terminal
-
Carriage does not turn on
o
Check the lines 1051L1 to 1051L3 are powered and their connections to the VFD and
the Carriage Motor with the ground terminal
-
Water does not turn on
o
Check if the 1L terminal of PLC200 output side is connected to 24VDC through the
line TB108-1L
o
Check if the line TB201-2 is connected between DO1.0 of PLC200 output and
SOL252. Ensure that the SOL252 is grounded to 0VDC through TB108-2L
