Manufacturer’s warranty
(Europe only)
As a manufacturer, Babyride®, whose head office is in Anglet France (hereinafter: “Babyride®”), supplies the stroller Babyride®
(hereinafter: “product”) under warranty, subject to the following conditions:
1. The manufacturer’s warranty period is 2 years from the date of purchase indicated on the purchase receipt. The
residual warranty for the original product applies to a spare part or product as well as to a product repaired.
2. This manufacturer’s warranty applies only to the region (Europe) in which the product is purchased. Babyride®
guarantees that the product complies only with the legal provisions or regulations in force in the region where the
product has been sold. Babyride® reserves the right to apply a different manufacturer’s warranty for these regions
specific.
3. The manufacturer’s warranty gives a right to repair unless Babyride® considers that the replacement or return of the
product is essential. Babyride® bears the costs and risks of transport, insofar as the repair is covered by manufacturer’s
warranty.
4. For a claim under this manufacturer’s warranty, you must provide Babyride® with the following:
- a copy of the dated purchase receipt,
- a clear description of the complaint,
- the defective product or photos of the defective part or product.
5. The manufacturer’s warranty is not transferable and can therefore be invoked only by the first owner.
6. The manufacturer’s warranty does not affect your legitimate rights, including your right to keep the reseller responsible
for fault.
Manufacturer’s warranty coverage
The manufacturer’s warranty covers the product and covers the following:
- all manufacturing defects in the chassis, frame and wheels;
- all manufacturing faults of the adapters (chassis);
- all parts of the harness of your Babyride® stroller;
- the seams of the hammock.
The manufacturer’s warranty is void in the following circumstances:
- If you have carried out or even carried out modifications or repairs without having first obtained written permission from
Babyride® or the reseller.
- Defects resulting from negligence or an accident or even from use or maintenance different from the indications of
manual.

If the serial number has been damaged or removed.
- If the product is damaged due to wear or abnormal use.

Incorrect assembly or installation of parts from third parties incompatible with the product.
- Damage inadvertently or unexpectedly, abnormal use or insufficient care.
- Unsuitable storage or care of the product.
- Damage to the handlebars or the tapestry due to normal daily use of the product.
- Tire holes or tears.
- Damage due to improper use or non-compliance with the instructions for use.
- Damage due to repairs carried out by unauthorized persons or due to an assembly incorrect product.
- Transport damage (during air transport or other modes of transport): carefully inspect Babyride® product shipped by air
freight (or other mode of transport) and, in case of damage, drop off immediately claim with the carrier.
- Customer dissatisfied with the product in terms of model, weight, functionality, color or design.
