Parents are responsible for their children. Please follow these guidelines in order to guarantee your
child’s safety. Your child’s safety could be affected if you do not follow these safety notes. You should
explain in detail how to operate the folding bed to anyone who uses it.
•
WARNING: Any existing polybags and other elements which are part of the product packaging
should be taken off and disposed of before use or at any rate should be kept away from child-
ren – danger of suffocation!
•
Do not leave any objects in the cot which could be swallowed or could make it possible for the
child to climb over the side bars.
•
Only use a proper mattress, not a water or air bed.
•
Ensure that the connecting elements are positioned firmly. Screws can loosen and pieces of
clothing or cords, dummy ribbons, necklaces etc. can get trapped in the gaps. This leads then
to a danger of strangulation.
•
WARNING: Do not leave any objects in the cot that could constitute a danger of suffocation or
strangulation for your child.
•
In order to avoid fire hazard, never position the cot near fans, electric or gas fires or other sour -
ces of heat.
•
Keep these instructions in a safe place during the whole lifespan of the cot. If you hand the cot
on to third parties, please enclose this instruction leaflet.
•
For the cleaning and care of your cot, please note the care instructions in this instructions
leaflet.

Protect your furniture generally from water (e.g. when wiping or watering flowers). The damp
can penetrate the furniture and damage it.
•
Broken or worn-out expendable parts should be exchanged without delay.
•
Do the same with other parts which are broken, torn, defective or worn-out.
•
Please use only original replacement parts.
•
For the cleaning of the cot use only mild soapy water or lukewarm water to clean the frame of
the cot.
•
If the cot is exposed to direct sunlight for extended periods of time, the wood can fade.
