Warranty
Our 6 months warranty covers all manufacturing defects in
materials and workmanship when used in normal conditions
and in accordance with our user manual.
Available to first end-user customer of mainland UK, start
from the date of original retail purchase, the warranty does
not cover:
Damage caused by accidents, abusive use, negligence, fire,
liquid contact or other external cause, damage which is the
consequence of failing to comply with the user manual.
Damage caused by use with another product, service by
anyone who is not authori s ed by us, or if any label or serial
number has been removed from the product or changed.
Normal wear and tear, for example, worn down, natural
breakdown of colours and materials normal aging. Damage
caused by incorrectly stored, or failure to follow the
instruction and guide.
If a problem should arise which you feel is covered by our
warranty, please contact Babymore or an authori s ed retailer
from whom you purchased your item. Proof of purchase and
the product detail are necessary. This limited warranty does
not affect your statutory rights.
