OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Never operate this unit if the specification is out of the rating.
2. When using this unit, a warm temperature will be reached.
HOW TO CHARGE AND USE AS RECHARGEABLE UNIT
Plug the charging adapter into the power outlet and place the trimmer into the
charging stand. When the indicator light is lit the unit is charging; the switch
should be in the off position when charging. After the unit is fully charged
(initial 16 hour initial charge), remove the trimmer from the charging base and
switch to the on position to operate.
HOW TO USE CUTTING GUIDES
1. To use the cutting guides, always turn the trimmer to the
off position.
2. Slide the cutting guide onto the front of the trimmer blade
and snap over the back of the blade.
3. To remove, push up the cutting guide at the back of the
blade and remove guide.
4. Two cutting guides are available: 1/4" (6 mm) and 1/2" (13
mm).
USER MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
MAINTENANCE OF THE BLADE
Always apply oil to the blades before, during and after use. This will ensure
maximum cutting performance. Hold trimmer away from your body in a
downward position and apply oil on the front and sides of the cutter blade.
Wipe excess oil off with a soft dry cloth.

BEFORE OPERATION
Before using the trimmer, charge for 16 hours in order to activate the built-in
rechargeable battery.
VERy IMPORTANT: Blades must be cleaned and oiled on a regular basis
for proper functioning. Failure to clean and oil the blades regularly will
void the warranty.
