3. Fit the assembled rear wheels assemblies onto the rear bottom bar of the
frame until the shell fragment springs out. (Fig. 3)
4. Fit the two front wheel assemblies onto the front bottom bar of the frame
until in place. (Fig. 4)
5. Attach the front safety bracket to the front bottom bar until in place. (Fig. 5)
