HARDWARE FOR STEP #1:
STEP #1
LEG AND END PANEL ASSEMBLY
STATIONARY SIDE RAIL AND END PANEL ASSEMBLY
STEP #1.1
Gently lay the End Panels on their backs on a clean and
non-abrasive surface.
STEP #1.2
Align and insert the Threaded Rod of the Legs into the holes
on the bottom of the End Panels and turn clockwise to tighten.
Please see DETAIL A.
STEP #1.3
Bring the End Panels and Stationary Side Panels into upright
position.
NOTE:
On inside lower faces of both End Panels are holes with
pre-installed nuts for the wooden dowels to pass through
which correspond with pre-installed wooden dowels on the
Stationary Side Rails.
STEP #1.4
Fasten the threaded rod through pre-installed nuts on both
End Panels. Bring the Stationary Side Rail up to the End Panel
and insert the Threaded Rods through the holes. Once
Stationary Side Rails are set, insert Curved Washers and
Lock Washers and fasten these with Hexagonal Nuts
provided. Please see DETAIL B.
STEP #1.5
Attach the upper part of both End Panels to the Stationary
Side Rails with Allen head bolts provided as in DETAIL B - 2.
NOTE
: DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN
